Our app is intended only for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use the app.

  • App interactions (e.g., units started/completed)
  • Garden feature usage (plants created/cared for)
  • Relationship tracking entries (e.g., “interaction was good / not good”)

  • Answers to questions about social competence (e.g., ICQ-15 items)
  • Garden entries (stored encrypted, only accessible by you)

  • Device model, operating system, IP address (full IP currently collected by PostHog)

• Answers about social competence and social connectedness may reveal aspects of mental health. We therefore treat these as health data.

   • Marketing emails (with consent)

3. App analytics
   • Improving app usability and features
   • PostHog analytics (currently with full IP addresses)
   • Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), or consent (Art. 6(1)(a) where required)
4. Security & operations
   • Data hosting on AWS
   • Encryption of sensitive garden content
   • Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c))

We do not share your data with medical professionals or for marketing purposes with third parties.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Hosting & email services, storage in the EU (Germany)
• PostHog – Analytics, EU-based, currently processing full IP addresses

All processors are contractually bound to GDPR compliance.
