Yes, we use a detailed questionnaire to understand your preferences, interests, and friendship needs. Based on your answers, we match you with 6–8 other people who are looking for similar connections. You can view the full questionnaire before signing up.
That’s totally okay! The first meeting is designed to give you a feel for the group. If you notice it’s not the right match for you, you can join another Meet & Greet free of charge and wait for a new group.
The group events are designed to give you space to get to know each other in a relaxed setting and gradually build meaningful friendships. At your first meeting, you’ll decide together what you'd like to do in the coming weeks. We’ll bring plenty of ideas and help tailor the experience to your group’s interests.
Typical activities might include a picnic in the park, a night out at a bar, a cozy game night, or a hands-on DIY project. The focus isn’t on having the perfect plan, it’s about enjoying each other’s company.
Most events take place in public spaces. Food and drinks are usually paid for individually.
This isn’t about just “meeting some new people.” We offer a safe, supportive space where real connection can grow with fixed groups, psychological guidance, and evidence-based methods. No constant coming and going, but a space for deep, lasting bonds.
Even if you can't make it to one session, the experience can still be valuable. We recommend attending at least 4 out of the 6 sessions because trust needs consistency. The group thrives when everyone shows up regularly.
Between sessions, the app guides you with small psychological exercises, social challenges, and reflection prompts. It helps you apply what you've learned in real life, recognize patterns, and start to change them. The app is a core part of the process and required for participation.
Once you decide to continue after the Meet & Greet, your spot is confirmed. If something important comes up and you can’t participate, we’ll find a solution together. What matters most: we’re looking for people who are truly ready for meaningful friendships.
Absolutely. Many of our participants feel the same way. Our facilitators create a warm and welcoming atmosphere so you can ease into the group at your own pace. You're not alone in this.
Each group is guided by a trained facilitator. This person ensures structure, emotional safety, and meaningful conversations and makes sure everyone feels included and supported.
No. This format is strictly for building friendships – not for finding romantic partners. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or advances that don’t align with our mission. We want to create a safe, respectful space where trust and connection can grow free from pressure or misunderstandings.
We aim to protect the emotional safety of all participants. If someone crosses a line or behaves inappropriately, we reserve the right to remove them from the program. In such cases, we’ll refund the remaining participation fee.
Yes. Our app is grounded in clinical psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy. It was developed by our in-house team of psychologists in collaboration with established partners, including Humboldt University of Berlin.
